 BROKEN In a society where broken adult relationships and divorce are a regular occurrence, Freedom Theatre Company addresses this sensitive issue, through one young girl, Laura and her experiences surrounding her parents divorce. Further information and booking details This production was commissioned by the headteacher at Longwell Green Primary School in Bristol following a production and workshop of another of our productions ‘It Wasn’t Me’ ‘Broken’ is Freedom Theatre UK’s challenging production which focuses on Laura’s experiences during and after her parents divorce. Written and performed with sensitivity to engage and encourage both adults and children alike to re-think and address this sadly all too familiar and difficult life changing dilemma.

 SWITCHED ON KIDS In this exclusively commissioned play, the evil Victor Voltage attempts to get Sally and Simon Socket to ignore the rules about electrical safety in the home, as the two youngsters help their mum in vacuuming and cleaning the house. Thankfully Sparky the family dog is on hand to help outwit the dastardly Victor, who eventually realises along with both Sally and Simon that, “It is always better to be safe than sorry.” This panto style production is guaranteed to entertain and educate audiences with its essential message about staying safe with electrical items around the home.  Escape In partnership with Saltmine Theatre Company, Freedom Theatre Company presents This brand new play, is an enchanting fairytale that teaches the principles of e-Safety. Sarah lives on the edge of a magical forest, allowed in on her own for the first time she is taught the rules for how to stay safe. There are wolves in the forest and when Sarah meets a stranger all is not as it seems. Will she remember the rules? Or will she leave the path and go her own way? This production is accompanied by an optional interactive workshop and teaches fundamental principles such as: Not sharing Personal information, Not going anywhere with people encountered online, Telling a parent or responsible adult if they ever feel worried or scared.
